That is very impressive. What kind of truck?

It is a 2000 Ford F250 Diesel crew cab. I posted a picture of the odometer several years ago when it turned 300,000 miles. Many of the miles are pulling a trailer. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it is an automatic transmission.

I will give my wife credit that she too will keep a vehicle for a long time so I only have to hop on the crazy train about once every 8-10 years.

It is. Our girl will be driving her car come June so we have till June to make a decision. Or should I say SHE has till June. I'm just a passenger on the train. :lol2:

Our daughter just now earned the privledge of driving and a car. So I found a 1995 ford ranger with 107k original miles.power everything and straight body and good paint. Spent a whole 1400 bucks. Then the gvt got another 400 bucks for tag title and tax.
Wife kept her 10 year old truck with 145k on it, and everyone's happy. I seriously doubt I will ever buy a new vehicle. Let someone else take the hit on the front end

Here no sales tax till over 2,500 and tags would be under 30.

Well it looks like she found one she likes.

And it has plenty of room in the trunk and the back seat for her shopping.

I just don't know why she didn't ask for a towing package.

Just throw an all you can eat chilli dinner fundraiser JO. Put together that most gawd awful Chilli you've ever eaten and it won't take much. Then you can offer good ice tea at $5 a glass.

That is what the grandkiddo's school did. I've had bad chilli but that stuff took the record. Who knows maybe that ice tea wasn't all that great either but it cut that chilli taste just fine.

Its a Bentley.

You're a good husband Jo. Looks like you know how to keep a wife happy. What the heck is a quarter of a million compared to a little happiness. Like they say if momma's happy we's all happy!!!

It's pretty Jo. I thought it looked like a Jag, but I didn't see the hood ornament.
I've always felt that the Brit's have made some of the best looking autos of all time.
Land Rover was my personal favorite, until recently anyway.
