I looked into a commodity shed. Seemed like a lot of $ for the amount of material I put through it.
Considered a tarp and some concrete dividers in an existing hay shed. Should work but I would expect a 10+ % loss from wind and rain.
Lots and lots of used OH bins around, but most are smaller from being used for SBM in a small dairy. Could line up a couple of them and look at a big operator :cowboy:

Any suggestions here?

For sure bulk bin, narrower based the better too. Sometimes you get a hot load and it will stick pretty bad. Only put in the shed if you are going to load in the shed......jmo

you can store the feed in your barn like your talking about just make the walls tall enough so rain wont blow in.
