Seeing the Rocky Mountains for the first time

Our two youngest hadn't seen them before ... it's sure fun watching their amazement at the enormous variety of beauty in this nation of ours.

I remember the first time I went to CO in the daylight. You can see them a long time before you get there!

I remember seeing the Rockies the first time. Didn't take long until I went back - and stayed for 33 years!

I'll never forget driving through Wyoming and seeing them for the first time. The drive over the continental divide was spectacular. They're amazing and worth the drive for anyone.
