I was at work today and we had the credit card machine for some reason go really slow on us. It took longer then normal for the card to go through.
I went back to my customer and apologized for it taking so longer. The customer said that was fine. The next customer came up and first thing she said was ,"About f*cking time." My jaw dropped.
Her friend looked at me then looked at her and busted out laughing. I was confused until I realized they had been talking about this long time couple finally getting engaged.
My customer realized what she had just said and I thought it was directed at me.
We all 3 ended laughing like crazy after that.

I almost did until her friend started laughing and let me know what was going on. The customer felt bad.

Busted my cousins kid for trying to rent R rated movies and he is not old enough for them. He mouthed off to me. Brought our cousin back and I got an apology from the kid.
