Sales in Ontario, Canada

I don't know much about what the US sales are like, but our prices have slowly been getting better.

I'm not sure how many of yous are happy with the boarders opening for Canada, but thank you for anyone who didn't fit to keep it closed as you have saved many farmers their lively hood.

We took 5 stockers to auction on Monday, Averaged 570lbs. and the least per pound was $.97 and the highest was $1.28.

I consider Bez one of the people on this board that I consider a friend and many other of us Americans feel the same about him. I would much rather have him in my corner than most others on this Cattle Today board.

Not many Australians on the board. Shame there's not a few more of other countries. Its great to hear about different practices of farming,breeding etc. nice to hear about different breeds etc.

hey melissa i am from peterborough ontario, when we sent 5 steers and 2 heifers the steers averaged aorund 1.20 and the heifers around .85

Melissa, Nice to see a non black animal. He's a nice beefy Australian Droughtmaster called Swan Merlin. I think he weighed in the vicinity of 1200kgs.
