Some really good back to the farm girl's went through today prices were strong.
Pairs 1200 to 1750.
Heavies 1000 to 1400.
Didn't stay for the calf sale, the calves that were split off brought good prices as well.
Had to sit on my hand's to keep from buying a few of the girl's.
Being as I sold cow's last week and some dang good one's due to feeding hay, didn't seem real smart to haul more back to the house.

I wish I could but cows for that, right now are pairs are 1800$ to 2200$ and good 3rd stage cows will be 1500$ plus. 250lb steers are bringing 2.40cwt, there have been some 1.90cwt 5wts and 2.05 400lb cattle. 850lb steers are up to 1.55cwt or even a touch higher. A market like this will sure make good take home cows go through the roof.

I almost went myself, but had a bull tear a gate down after midnight Fri night and by the time I got him back in and the gate back up, I didn't get up in time to do all I had to do and still be in Livingston by 1:30.

No they weren't cull's, I sold them private treaty they went south of me toward's the coast.
