Traffic this am sucked bad on top of me being nervous and my wife nervous and nagging me about my cardiologist appt today. We went there he was please said my heard was in a great rhythm and I had lost weight 23lbs and wife said thanks to her but said my blood pressure was higher than he liked but managable by the meds im on. He told me see you in a year      I was happy about that but the side effects of my meds are no energy and sun makes you sweat like someone squirted you with a hose constantly. Wife told me all my symptoms of what I am having issues with are side effects of the meds and dr confirmed it. When its hot if I walk 100 yds I feel like im going to pass out and sit down and rest and drink water.

I have the same issues Sky, I have learned to just work and rest and work and rest and drink constantly because I can sweat off 15 lbs on any given day. I was not aware that it was a result on BP meds, but I take a lot of them. My daytime work schedule goes like this. Go out and work until 10 ish then sit down and drink a bottle of something and eat a pack of crackers. Go back out and work until noon and sit and drink a bottle of something. Back at it until 1 or so and then lunch. Back out at 1:30 until 2:30 sit for 10, drink. Back at it until 3;15, sit for 15 and drink, back at it until 4:00 sit for 20 minutes back at it until 4:45, sit for 30 minutes, back at it until 5:30 and sit for 45 minutes, back at it until 6:30 and quit. Notice a trend? Sitting gets longer and work gets shorter. That of course does not include the days I "NEED" a nap after lunch.

melking it sure is rough. I loved being out cutting trees down.. climbing them and doing all sorts of acrobatics but I just cant do it like I use too. I can do it when its cold but I still get tired. When its cold out here I can work outside longer and walk further but heat kills me. I too have to be careful not to dehydrate myself by not drinking much when out in the heat. I literally have to force myself to get out of bed some days. I have stayed in the bed all day long because just had no energy to get up.
