ringworm or ??? mange maybe lice

my limo bulls got these spots. looks like ringworm but has adark bloody black looking ring around it. they will come and go after some pour-on but they seem to keep comin back. they stay full of flies but they dont seem to irritate him much. just looks nasty and a place for an infection to take hold. theyre about an inch around and hes got em on his neck on the bottom and on his back as well. summer or winter dont matter. any help. wish i could post pics but???? no scanner

ringworm is raised gray areas.AD&E added to feed helps. Bagbalm on them for 3days. Mange they will loose hair on backs usually and skin sometimes bleed oil will help that. Lice would be gone with ivomec pour on. Otherwise ask a vet. I've found these to be usefull.

can you post a pic...athlete's foot medicines works on ringworm but the cow will spook if you use the spray type.
