That has to be jersey steaks....... I am still paying 2.50 a pound for ground angus wholesale, 2.80 for eye of round, 2.65 for inside round and close to $7 for select prime rib. That is bought in bulk from a major distributor. That is all up about .50 cents in the last 4 months..... or maybe the price drop hasnt hit this area, but I follow the weekly retail beef price with my job, its been creeping up on my side.
