Here's some of our replacement heifers. The red's and black's we will keep and the tan's are booked into a Bull Sale in the spring.

How many cows do you cull in the average year? Are you in a pattern where you are culling about the same number or does it fluctuate quite a bit? Other than being bred back, what are the principle criteria you use?

Besides being dry, the other criteria we use are Production, Temperament, Health (lumps, lameness etc.) and conformation (udders, feet) and age.
