Some of them own 1B cattle, so that can't be completely the point.

1A 1B there isn't much difference.

1A is 100% angus, 1B is a minimum of 87% Angus but not 100%.
It's a Red Angus registry thing.

No, just a group of breeders looking to promote 100% Red Angus genetics or 1A cattle.
