Interesting interview for a gentleman out of the Waco area. It's a bit long but hang in there, I admit I FF through a couple parts, but it has has some good info and talks about some interesting subjects.
He reminds me a lot of a guy I work with on burns. He has the knowledge and experience. He's not just spitting "the science" he's being blunt about the logistics of it actually making it happen.
