Hey CB.......guess we were all busy....Didn't get anything Saturday but woke up this morning thinking I was dreaming. Sounded like rain, looked out the window and it was.....how bout that! Haven't looked yet but probably about 1/4 of an inch.

We got close to 1/2 inch Friday night but not a drop since. Downgraded us from 60% today to 40%, so I hoping it hits us again. Glad to know some of y'all are getting some.

Got 1/2 in overnight.Plenty of lightning thunder and 70 mph winds.
Got stuff scattered all over the yard.
Down at the Post Oak ranch we only got 1/4 in.
I'm happy for what we got.

Put it all together and I got about an inch on the pastures. Went ahead and put out 2100 lbs of oats just ahead of it getting here. I may regret that.

Not a drop in Fayette county. It's absolutely amazing to watch the weather radar. It's as if our county lines are huge walls. Rain will head our way for hours, and as soon as it hits the county line, it either dissipates or turns away.

Gonna have to load 'em up next week. Totally out of groceries.

After checking cattle today we had any where from 2-3.75". Not sure what it will do for grass but sure helped the tanks.

So glad some of you are finally getting SOMETHING in precip!!! It may not be enough, but it sure can't hurt anything. I'll keep you in my prayers for more, as we do daily here.

Looks like everyone around me got a soaking last night. I could use some water in the stock tanks. Still hauling water to the cows. Gonna move 'em to the pasture with the water well in a couple of weeks.
