First big broohaha about BSE in Canada took place about 11 years ago in Alberta. The owner of that cow was an American immigrant who owned a Canadian operation.
The Canadian government tore down his entire operation, burned it, buried it, killed all the cattle and disposed of them.
Then replaced the entire operation. Lock stock and barrel.
The rest of us - those who had no trouble with animal health - sold our herds of cattle for 100 - 150 bucks a head and fought to hang on.
Now the latest is the second case and while no one I know seems to know where it truly came from (yet!) - although I am sure the so called "authorities" do - the hottest rumour is it might have been owned by the very same person as the first episode.
So now terry - you who revels in suffering and struggling of the cattle producer and loves it when we have an issue - why do you not go and use your pea brain and pizz poor attitude and find one of those cows and chow down on it.
We all die Terry - and I am probably closer to the grave than you - but in truth if you beat me I will not miss you. Nor will any I know of who have had truck with you over the past few years.
In the end I am sure your own mother (rest her soul) would be ashamed of you and your gloating over the efforts of the honest hard working rancher and farmer.
Then again maybe she raised you to be the @ss you are because she knew you would never amount to anything at the best of times.
If you ever fall in the water terry I would be happy to throw you an anchor.
