I don't know who said it, but I certainly agree with it. "Profit" is the operative word in any business, and the Beef Business is no exception. Due to many factors, coat color may influence the market in respect to $$$ in your pocket, however, PROFIT is determined by many ingredients - coat color being only one of them.
