Like two embryo transfer sisters have calves. Would those calves be half sisters on the Maternal side?

If they're form the same collection they would be full sisters unless 2 bulls were used.

The ET sister were bred to different bulls. That offspring would be half sisters right? I am making a Web site.

Yes the ET daughters (full sisters) would have genetically half sisters in theory. But they wouldn't really be. The genes between the 2 ET daughters would not be identical

Unless they are from the same cow they are not sisters. My mothers sister has kids they are not my brothers and sisters.

Ditto.

Two embryo transfer calves are no different than two calves from the same cow bred to the same bull two years in a row. Calves are full siblings. Bred to two different bulls, the offspring of the ET full siblings would be basically... first cousins. Not sure how you'd say that in cow-language. :P

Would calve of Embroy sisters be half sister? How would that be said Embroy half sisters or Half sisters?

I'm not sure there's a word for that. If the 2 dams are full sisters, I think most people would advertise them as being; "Two calves from full sisters of the same flush." if the dams have different sires then you could say; "Two calves from half sisters of the same flush."
