Propper H Brace?

Any thought on this H brace from the professionals?

Dont shoot me... pretty sure it was put in before I was born. I filed it under.. if it ain't broke dont fix it.

The horizontal is a little short, but looks to be "well-rooted." Wires could use a some tightening.

On edit, I think I would add another horizontal above the existing one and go for the double H.
