Problems uploading pictures

I am having the awfulest time uploading some pictures to the photo gallery. First, it directs me to ranchers.net's photo section. It has never done this before. I went ahead and registered on the sight and have tried for the last 3 hours to get the pictures to upload. I do have a slow connection, but it has always worked before. Any suggestions or has anyone else had these problems today? Thanks.

I has taken a while for me to get the hang of it. But what works for me is the uploat attatchment button just under the save preview submit buttons.

Brings up a windows explorer view of my computer. Direct it to the file to upload then click the "place in line" button where you want the picture to appear. Biggest problem was learning how to resize and crop the photo to get under the 250kb max on the filesize. Finally figured that out. If this is what you are doing then something else is happening.

Have seen references to Photobucket but I have not researched this.

As a cleaned up version goes: To mess things up is human. To really mess things up takes a computer.

You might want to check the size of your pictures. Sometimes if they are larger than 640px x 480px they will be very slow to load or won't load. Check the size and if you need to, resize to a smaller size.

You could also try another photo hosting site such as http://www.tinypic.com or http://www.imageshack.us

both are free.

It is annoying when stuff like that happens.

Th thing is that I have done this several times and the pictures are the same too. I will keep on trying. Thank.

I finally uploaded to photobucket. The pictures don't turn out as big but hopefully you can tell something about the heifer. It is getting late, so I will wait until another day for more pictures. Thanks again!
