Starting this ham today once it thaws out. Along with a boneless butt for some butt bacon.
The ham is off that last porker and weighs 22.5 lbs.

What temp and how long are you going to smoke it for Hook ? That is about the size of the 2 hams I have .

It's going to cure for 45 days or so then get smoke. Temps might be cool enough then to do a long cold(ish) smoke on it, even if I have to add ice to keep the temps in the smoker down
