I have a 10-12 year old cow that is due in about a month, and I noticed the last couple weeks her belly is looking unusually low. She is getting around and eating normal. Not sure if this is something to be concerned about, or that she may possibly going to have twins? It doesn't look like swelling on the milk vein, she's just riding low.

Update. Had the vet out and said she could have a partially rupture tendon. He could feel the calf and it was oriented correctly and was full term. He gave us some meds to induce labor and advised watching her closely for the next couple days after inducing, that she may need help because she may not be able to push much. Two days later she had a health large heifer calf unassisted and has been doing fine ever since. See will be on the cull list this fall however.
