My two-year-old cow gorged herself on fermenting apples and spent the next day stumbling around a bit and suffering a pretty bad case of diarhea. Has anybody had any experience with this and what it could do to the fetus? She's at 5 months and had fully recovered within 24 hours.

research shows the offspring of cows who get drunk will routinely score lower on SAT's, be slower to learn to read and undertake simple tasks, in addition they are 3 times more likely to be incarcerated at some time. or so I've been told 
in all seriousness though we run cows through some old apple orchard in the fall and while we've lost an occasional cow to bloat, there seems to be no hangover (excuse the pun) from this. We have also fed Apple pommace to preg cows ad lib and no problems there either.
