In Mpls newspaper today.
Ethiopian Amreya Shefa was convicted in 2014 of manslaughter.
She has now completed her prison sentence for killing her husband.
But she remains in jail while the Department of Homeland Security is working to deport her.

Is that any way to treat a Widow?
