I could have voted for at least 6 of the 10. This is a contest I could probably enter a winer in, but it's going to be about about another week here, before I can get a good fall picture.

That old store looks like a find place to buy a "Big Red and a Moon Pie" and sit out front in the warm sunshine and enjoy it.

Fantastic entries all.... :D . Wonder who sent in the 'one leaf wonder' pic

Think we need to have a standard size pic of 640 x 480 on all entries, we will let you all know before the next contest.

This is a tough one, good pictures by all. I didn't enter but this is pretty much what fall looks like around here.

We don't get much fall color, I wish we did.

yep, our pecan trees go from green to lighter green. and its hard to take a pic of perfect weather temp.

Only way I get really good fall colors on the trees around here, is when I cut into the trunk and apply herbicide.
I did some in June last year and people were stopping out on the highway to take pictures. :lol2:

Our colors are green, yellow and brown. Pretty uneventful. :yuck:

Somebody not allergic to poison ivy. :lol2:
That's no poison ivy ga, it comes of a little shrub in the garden...the only colored leave on the property, everything else has it's spring colors

I don't miss fall colour that much. A lot of flowers just keep going and going, long after first frost. And I remember living in a country with spectacular autumn colour (Scotland) and how delightful spring was, when your toes weren't numb any more.
I didn't enter anything because that would have meant going back six months through the photos and searching for some hint that the season was changing... did someone just confess that that single leaf is a spring leaf??
