Pneumonia treatment question

I have 2 calves a couple weeks old that I think has pneumonia. 2 days ago I found then both shallow breathing. 1 had a temp of 106.5 and the other 107.1. I went to get medicine and realized I ran out of nuflor. I wanted to get something in them that day so I gave them both 3 cc of la300. I now got some more nuflor. My question is... Is it ok to give nuflor after I already gave them la300? Should I just stick with another round of la300? Also when would you give the next dose?

It is fine to follow up with Nuflor instead of the LA.

How many days would you wait before you give them nuflor?

It now been 3 days so go ahead and if they need it use the Nuflor.

I would recommend a shot of banamine for the fever and a shot of draxxin for the pneumonia. The Nuflor may not be strong enough especially if they are starting to foam at the mouth.
