If you're out there, I was thinking about your boy and how he's doing these days? I think I can speak for everyone here, hoping and praying everything is going well with Logan.... has he had his cast removed yet?

Hope to hear good news from you soon... take care.

Michele

Thanks for the inquiry. He is so active that he tore the front part of his cast off today, he had to be fitted for a new cast. They had to leave extra protection in the front to keep him from tearing this one up. This is cast #3. The toe is looking great. He is going to be in the cast about another month to prevent the MOST active kid on earth, from ripping the toe off or open again. The surgeons feel that there is almost 0% chance for an infection at this stage. He is going to be alright. I can't ever thank you guys for the thoughts and prayers. Don't ever hesitate to ask for a return favor. All the stress worrying has given me 4 kidney stones and 1 decided it wanted out at 2:30am a couple nights ago. WOW. I can't ever say that I have had a kid but women who have had both compare the pain to one another. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. That is my 3rd to pass and you can't prepare your self for it. AGAIN thanks for the prayers for LOGAN.

Plbcattle, that is wonderful news about Logan! :D I'm very sorry to hear about your kidney stones, though. :(

plb,

Good to hear Logan is doing well. My son sounds like him. We call him category 5 because he leaves every place looking like a cat 5 hurricane has visited. He can also turn on the charm when he needs to: he will tell my wife "god bless you" when she sneezes. How's that for working it? I love him to death, but at 37, he has made me realize that this will be our last child. :)

If he is that old ( 37 ) should you still be referring to him as a child?

Umm, I'm 37. I'm assuming you knew that, and you were just trying to make a funny. Bahaaaaa!

Good news, I'm glad he's better now, and sorry to hear about your kidney stones, i'll send a prayer up for you for that also, cause I know what kind of pain they cause  ...they're one of the worst feelings ever, at least for me, kidneys stones have to top the scale for the worst pain i've ever felt
