I'm getting ready to plant some RR alfalfa this spring, and thought I'd ask your advice on the brand. Right now I'm looking at WL 355.RR. The dealer wants $345 per 40 lb bag. I've seen other brands, Ameristand, selling for around $350 for 50 lbs. The research I've done tends to point to WL as the superior seed. Any advice? I Live in NE Kansas.

Truth be known, there are only about 3 different roundup ready alfalfa varieties in the market. Virtually every company has access to them, and they are all similarly priced. Buy one that fits your area, and you should be good to go.
