Probably be ok if you want to disk while you're planting. Kind of goes away from the idea of no-till

My first question would be ; Why would someone invest a lot of money in something like this unless it was long term. This would imply it may not have worked very well.
The discs only throw the dirt one direction. The spring harrows may clog up with grass.. I really can't tell anything about the rest.
It looks very heavy. Seems like it needs at least a hundred horse just to lift it.

If everything was exactly right, it would do a good job I think. If the ground was a little too hard for one pass, grass stubble or other debris you would need other equipment so why limit yourself with this one piece.
