I have some news
For the first time in about five years, my wife Marie, is not in pain.
She passed away this afternoon from a massive and devastating stroke.
I was by her side with my hand on her heart until it stopped
She did not suffer or even know what hit her as she had been sedated since Sunday night and the big stroke hit her last night

I am sorry to hear this. I would like to remind you if you need anything im an hour away or if you need to talk you know how to reach me.

Thanks Jules...

the farm part is easy...the animals are what I do for me....
those dogs keep looking at me and asking me where their momma is...
they miss her as bad as I do.
now they are right under my feet like they used to be under hers.

photo of her from years ago with my neighbors hereford bull Herman....Herman spent his off season with us. He was pretty gentle and I had to constantly remind Marie who always wore sandals that if he stepped on her foot it would be goodbye foot

Very neat picture, thanks for sharing. I love how unafraid she is of that huge bull!
You were married for a good amount of time, then?
