Per unit entry costs

I was wondering what yall figured for per unit up front costs on a cattle operation. I have my own figures but i'm curious of yours. Figure anything that will last ten years or more for a 100 cow operation, chutes, land, fences, trailers, trucks and soo forth.... add it all together and divide it by 100 to see the per unit investment. Don't figure in yearly costs of running cows. I'm looking for up front long term costs.
