Anyone else ever get a men's pedicure?
Had a "Sports" pedicure yesterday and boy do my feet feel great today!
Highly recommend trying it if you've never had one.

A nice hot whirlpool foot bath to start. The girl had to go in the backroom to get a little hoof grinder to shave down my toenails just to be able to trim them after trying to clip them failed. lol
Then she really went to town on my feet with a file and scrubber removing calluses, dead skin and even the plantar wart on the sole of my foot. She finished with a vigorous foot massage using a couple of different types of lotion oils. I don't know what was in those lotions, but it made my feet tingle in a good way and sure made my feet feel happy.

What a Nancy!!

🤣 I've been to the mall a time or two...

Some of those Korean gals can really make a guys feet happy!
They made jokes about how much extra It would be for my "man" feet. 🙄

Enjoy it while you can, the plantar wart will come back quickly. This I know from my own experiences, to get rid of it permanently it has to be cut out by the root. The podiatrist can do it in less time than your pedicure took. This provides long lasting happy feet.

You do know this is a cattle forum right? We would make the worst looking drag queens you ever saw.

My son gets them with his wife. He said they serve beer while rubbing your feet so he tried it. He claims it's great but doubt I'll ever go for it.

Then everyone should understand without explanation the importance of feet in production and longevity.

1. never skimp when buying a good pair of work boots.
2. good arch supports
3. after age 44 (1/2 way to dead) regular preventive maintenace.

There is something to an acupressure foot massage by someone trained and knows what they are doing. Seriously my feet felt reinvigorated after the foot massage.
I'd recommend it at least once a year, whether you think you need it or not.

Really is odd.
I hate having my feet messed with. But for some reason a person that knows what they are doing, it really is a relaxing experience. I havnt been in a coons age. Your kinda making me wanna go see what they can do for my poor ol feets

maybe I should give it a try instead of using my pocket knife to dig out corns on my feet.
Preventive maintenance, feet are important.
I've read that 7,000 steps per day is the 'sweet spot' for cardiovascular health and longevity and you're less likely to do it if your feet are bothering you.
10,000 steps used to be the recommendation for heart health, but recent study found no significant benefit beyond 7,000 steps daily and it's the first 4,000 steps that matter most.

I honestly didn't think this was something men did, in the past when I heard a man say he had a pedicure I thought he might've had a little sugar in his tank, maybe I should give it a try instead of using my pocket knife to dig out corns on my feet.
Mr. TC uses needle nose pliers to rip out ingrown nails. Then proceeds to bleed like a stuck pig, pour rubbing alcohol on the open wound (because it has to burn to heal), and complain while he walks around on his heel with a paper towel wrapped around his toe (because I will hurt him if he gets blood on my floors). But he won't pony-up for a pedi.

Think I'm too much of an introvert to let someone touch my feet. Never had a massage, i just find it weird. The wife has been trying to get me to go with her for some time now but it's just not me. I'll go to a osteopath or chiropractor if i really really really need to. Like the time i got flattened by a cow, it was hilarious at the time but not the next day, lasted a week before i went to chiro, sometimes those guys can work magic. Ribs were killing me, told him where so he stuck his thumb in there really hard, hurt like hell and I'm thinking, what sort of idiot would push where it hurts. Walked out 5 minutes later pain free. Meant to go back the following week but didn't need to.

We have dewars full of liquid nitrogen, warts are easily fixed in about 5 seconds.

I don’t want anyone messing with my feet. I’m not the type to get a pedicure, some guys are. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
