Has anyone ever put out a round bale of peanut hay for the deer to eat . I have never tried it but have been thinking about it thought it might work good, seems like everyone now days are corn feeding, thought they might like something different ????

The deer will eat the peanuts out of the hay. We have a peanut plant close by and can get screenings, and other peanut pieces to feed - bait the deer.

Get perenial Pnut if you want them to eat it. Like TG said they will only eat the loose nuts in the bale here.
