And salebarn cows can get the job done. These two are looking for their calves.....

The third cow is a Brangus cow....she was hanging out at the barn. Anybody want to guess which calf goes where?

Far back RWF calf goes to the red cow. Middle calf to the black cow. Black calf to the Brangus cow. Am I close!? :D

Nice calves!

Never seen that much grass in your part of the state. Does that happen often.
Haven't seen it in quite a while.....but this is how it is when we it rains regularly.

Green grass and warmer weather has gotten weaning weights back on track.

I'll post the correct pairs in a day or two.....sorry no prizes for getting it right.

Yeah, was sort of a trick question... You did get the red w/face (565 lbs @ 181 days) up against the fence right, he goes to the red cow. The red w/face heifer in the middle (535 lbs @ 168 days) goes to the Brangus cow which leaves the black w/face (535 lbs @ 164 days) for the baldie cow.

I almost matched them that way. How did you get the red calf out of the Brangus cow? Was she mixed, or a true black Brangus? You didn't show a pic of her, so I bet she was red Brangus! Hence the "trick question."
