Pennington's Passeral Plus Rye, was mentioned by Mr. Billy a while back. Sowed it in Mid-November and with the warmer than usual temps we've had and above average Fall rainfall, has equaled one heck of a sucess story. We oversowed at 50 lbs an acre, and have a great stand thats on it's way. This variety has way out performed any other Rye we've sowed. THANKS!

Planted Passeral Plus last year and was well pleased with the results. Overseeded in a bermuda pasture. Got very thick and tall in late spring, looks like it has re seeded pretty good this year too.

Yep, our's is about 8 inches tall and being grazed daily. The field it was planted in last year has a good stand of volunteer rye also. We are happy with the rains, but maybe we could figure a way to keep some in reserve for the summer?

Billy
