I had a cow break it's neck when the calf was 3 months old, should cull now that she is older or keep, this calf has excellent bloodlines, she is a little behind now, this momma keeping pace with the weaned calfs that are 3 months younger but had a momma, your thoughts please?

Keep her now and cull her when she deserves it; for example if she does not get bred, if she does not rebreed, weans poor calves or whatever. Her only fault (from what I know) is that she got less milk. Fed somthing good for a while she might catch up. She lost three months growth, the question is how old is she now?

feed her. Chances are she'll catch up and even if she's small at calving... she'll still grow after.
Bad luck doesn't cancel out good genetics, unless they keep getting bad luck and then they get culled anyway for being jinxed.
