Kencoves are considerably cheaper than Shaver, looking at the PH8 with hydraulic tilt vs the kencove pd8h. So the kencoves worth anything?
Pipe 4-5" for corners/braces and the majority that will be used are 2-3/8 & 2-7/8" pipe and then 6.5' t posts, I don't really see me using wood post much at all . Properties range from very hard clay to deep sand. Often, is hard to determine, I do have a new section I am going to put in over the next 12 months that will be about a mile long. Plus maintence posts on existing. I realy need a 1 man operation driver if it exists. Kids have moved out and its hard to cordinate with them. My wife does help as much as she can though. Like everyone else looking for the best option at the best price for the job. I am not a pro fence builder, it would be for property use. I have tractors with 3 point and FEL for options to use, my largest tractor is a case 485 with FEL for reference, no skid steers.Farm Fence Solutions":2g3fqoyi said:There are much better options than an H beam driver, and they don't cost more. What kind of posts? What kind of ground? How often will you use it?

We carry Protech drivers. $4K or so on the starting end, with plenty of options to make life easier.....Pipe specific post cap, wire winder, rock auger, hydraulic T post sleeve so you can drive them without bending posts and getting sore shoulders, rock spike, etc, etc. A post gripping cap is considerably more user friendly than an H beam.
I have a load headed this way in a week or two, so anything custom is doable.

Would the 180 work on with the MF 230 tractor? Any idea on what shipping to Texas would run? 78405

Should work just fine, but I'll double check in the morning. Will work on a shipping quote, as well.
