Just to jumpstart a little activity on this board, the first steaks from our most recent beef are on the grill even as I type this....not quite as good looking as the last, but good anyway. I'd guess these at low choice, not that I'm an expert.
 
Okay, I've got my plate right here and my knife and fork ready......can I have some please? :D Pink-red in the middle is my preference, but I'll take what I can get.

Now in the belly! :lol: :banana: :banana: :tiphat: Yes they were delicious, nutritious, and tender! Medium well and well, but at an inch plus thick, still juicy! T-Bone and Club.
 
Doggone it!! I must have missed the dinner-bell. I love a club steak.

I'm about out of steaks. But, I have a couple I will be hauling to get processed soon. And I can hardly wait!

BTW, nice pics you posted the other day. Fine looking cattle.
