I have two heifers that have been on a commerical show feed ration for well over three months now. I haven't changed anything, including the amount, in over a month. Every week or 10 days they'll get "loose" manure, and not eat all their feed for a couple of feedings. A day or so later, they are back to normal.
When they don't clean up the normal amount of feed, would you cut them back for the next feeding ( I feed twice a day) or would you just feed the same as always? I can't remember having this problem with any of my other show calves. :roll:
