Old Hay Tedder

Does anyone have an older tedder that was made by Grassiers & Carter or have any knowledge of this company? The only other information on the badge plate is: Grassage GA-GF-GRS Shell Retinax A
Any help will be appreciated as I need a gear for it. Thanks
