Okra

I like okra a lot despite the fact that it's a marginal crop in the garden in this part of VA.

It's also good in a salad w tomatoes and red onions and oil and vinegar. Aka bloody booger salad.

Wow $40 for a jar of pickled okra?!!

That's six jars at that price.

LOL, at that price I'll just eat it fresh.

I do like that brand of pickled okra, but you can buy it in any good grocery store for somewhere around four/five bucks.

I buy it local as well, just needed an internet picture.

Toss in olive oil and sea salt and dehydrate. Won't last long even for non okra eaters.
