I like the uniformity of the all-brown animals, and can tell them apart anyhow, but it's nice to have a little white... My old girl Rosie was good at that... her last calf was a brockleface, before that a full whiteface.. I think the next generation of calves I'll have will have pretty much no white. Most of my current brocklefaces are on the cull list, and the cows who throw marked calves are on my do-not-keep-heifers-from list for other reasons... I do have a couple that might throw a tiny bit of roan from the shorthorn for years to come
