Notable annual sales or conventions near ky or tn?

Wanting to go to a couple big sales or conventions that are related to cattle in 2014. Wouldn't mind driving to Southern Indiana or Southern Illinoise, but would prefer to stay in or around Kentucky or Tenesee. I googled some list of shows, sales, and conventions and got quite a few things to come up but just wanting to know if anyone knows of anything that would be let me learn some stuff about cattle or just farming in general. Anyone have any ideas?

NCBA Convention is in Nashville in February.

UT and UK put on the stocker calf conference in Feb. I've been to one and its good.
