I don't understand why so many people on Face Book have turned against Alabama. Some of my best friends are from Alabama. I love Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gulf Shores, Royal Reds. Alabama is a great place.

I just don't understand all the glee about disrespecting 'Bama.

I misunderstood. I thought you were trying to say " No Obama Day". Any way, my parents used to vacation by car frequently and even in the "bad ole days" they were fond of Alabama. "Prettiest public buildings in the whole country" my father use to say.
