no till watermelons and cantalopes

I sprayed about a 1/10 of and acre in the yard with roundup and randomly planted watermelons and cantalopes. They have took of like kudzu. Kinda late with them but have a lot the size of softballs.

I planted watermelon plants 2 weeks ago. They were about a foot long and just starting to bloom. They are now about 12 inches long and just starting to bloom! :frowns:

Watermelon won't do well in this black dirt, but picked a bushel of cantelope yesterday.
