I tested two recently.

One came back a 7 and one came back a 4 on tenderness.

Just looking at the 7 you can tell it is superior.

I haven't looked closely at the link you posted but thought I'd jump the gun and ask a few questions:

1. Should you test the steer or the steers mother (in my case I know some dna info on the sire).
2. Do you know the heritability of tenderness?
3. IS it blood sample? Hair?
