new toy

Saw this posted this morning and went and picked up.
250.00 bike
50.00 battery
Runs and drives. Tires have some dry rot so I just road it a few miles around the house today real slow until I can replace them. I grew up riding a bike but have not owned one since I was 18. I figure ill fix it up and make a few bucks off it.

not bad, I could have had a 1980 suzuki GS550 for free, but it would have taken too much work to fix up again.

I just threw a Kawasaki 175 away because I couldn't find parts for it. Feller gave it to me because it was smoking' so he said it had bad rings in it and he torn it down. I didn't have the heart to tell him that a two stroke doesn't use crankcase oil, so if it's smoking it's because someone mixed too much oil in the gas.

Nice! I ride also, Yamaha V-Star 1100. Just sold this one, rode it for over 10 years.

m5 nice new toy I thought it would be a new tractor or something... When you get the tires changed you should try to wheelie it ;-) I haven't taken mine out the garage yet.
