As I said yesterday, nice cow. Might have to ride over and see her in person. Is she at home or the big place?
 
She's a wide load for sure. I assume your hoping for a heifer? I can't believe the green grass up there, but I can tell by the cowboy that the video isn't dated.
 
We do want a heifer calf but will be happy with a healthy one. I was amazed at the grass and the land in Illinois. I guess when I though about Illinois I thought of Chicago not farm land. When we were driving through I asked the boss if he thought they had burned off the fields they were that black. Then I realized it was just the soil, amazing how rich it was. I figured they just had not yet had a frost with the grass being so green but one of the locals said they had already had a couple of frost but the grass was very hardy. He also told us that the grass was so rich that cows would get over fat on it. Looking at it I believe that to be the truth. The folks we met from the area were just as nice as you could ever ask for, just super nice. One fell actually felt so sorry for this old Florida girl he gave me a pair of gloves for which I will be forever grateful! His name was Scott and he is my hero. I took a bunch of videos of different cows they sure had some nice ones. I think my favorite sire group on the younger calves was SAV International 20/20 they were really good. I also liked the SAV Cutting Edge calves. It was a fun trip long but a sale I want to go back to for sure.

Scott she is at the big farm. I would love for you to come by and see her. I admit I am a bit excited about this one.

Really like the cow. She is the right kind. I saw one recently that she reminds me of. I don't see many like them in my travels.
 
We talked about going over to that sale as spectators but figured it was a long drive for knowing we couldn't afford anything. Looks like you picked up a good one.
 
Where am i looking for it? We cant see a View first unread post. Got it. Its very good. What was there before? A&M
 
Update on our Abigale 913 cow. She had a stud of a bull calf on 1/2/17. She was flushed on Monday and produced 13 transferable eggs. Our Partner put 7 in recipes and froze 6 for us. This flush was to SAB Sensation we will flush her again next cycle.
