L.E. actually found him via his cell phone, as I didn't have an address. This person is an old family friend; went to school with my younger brothers. He is currently on disability, and has had some mental health issues in the past (and probably substance abuse issues, also). I could just tell all was not right last night, via FB posts, as he would try to write something, but couldn't even get close to forming a real word, let alone a phrase or a sentence. He's a couple hundred miles from me in a good-sized city, but I called LE there, and they checked in on him. Sounds like he was off his meds.

I just want you all to know .... I live a couple of hundred miles from kathie, LE (the cops) did call. They just said whatever my emergency was I would need to take care of it myself ..... They were too busy being very important and doing very important stuff.
