I will try to make this short. Neighbor has a tansy problem that is getting worse. He has paid to have it sprayed the past two years, however, he sprayed to late in their cycle and they keep coming back and spreading. He is an older gentleman that is not interested in spending any more money on the problem.
The guy that runs cows on the property does not have a good reputation and is not willing to spend any money.
There are several serious patches of tansy that I would guess occupy 10-20 acres. This is what I can see from a few hundred yards away. I shudder to think what I would see if I walked his place. We share almost about 3/4 a mile of fence.
I have been putting out small tansy fires around my place for the last two years as well. Tansy from his field has moved northward through my place into a few other nearby properties.
This is an example of what I see when I look south driving into my place (he has a lot of tusset grass too.. and mint).
Not really sure what I should do. Any advice would be helpful.
