How high was the EPD accuracy for the "heifer bull"

dun, He's CED 14 BW -0.1 Accuracy on both are around 50.

What about the cow and what;s your winter feed program

dun, Thanks for the response. The heifer's numbers are CED 7 BW 3.0. I've just had her since 10/15/17. They've been on pretty good Brome hay and a liquid mineral/supplement called CowBos www.cowbos.com But, the other heifer that her calf go though the ice has numbers about the same as this heifer but, had a heifer calf 59#'s ??? B&G

I would look back at this cows pedigree and see if there are any ridiculous numbers hidden there.

On heifers I want the Accuracy to be .7 at least . The CED and BW can change alot on unproven bulls .

Sorry for your loss. Hopefully you'll have more luck later. It's been tough start of calving this year for us too. Lost three calves this month. Only nine cows calved so far. 44 calvings left, from which 16 are heifers.
