Need Smokehouse Advice and Recipes

We want to build a smokehouse.

Please share building design plans and any recipes for making your own cures for the meat. Or, any sources for commercial cures that we can purchase.

X2, here's a thread of the smoker I built, it will easy to see where I borrowed the design from if you look at both threads, it works great and I'm very happy with it!
